Gagnon employs some of the most skilled and experienced men and women in the industry. Our project managers and field personnel have up to 35 years of industry experience and know-how backing them up. Many of them have been with us for over 25 years, with some being second and third-generation hires.
The work we do at Gagnon is only possible because of the experience, training, and resources that most of our competitors lack. Gagnon’s Safety Director ensures all our employees attend the mandatory OSHA and MSHA training annually. Our scaffold builders meet or exceed the required 40 hours of specialized scaffolding certification in addition to the mandatory OSHA training.
We encourage our employees to take advantage of specialized industry training, such as API 936 and NIA insulation energy appraiser certifications.
